Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Wellington Health and Fitness Club car park, pool side. Entrance to this car park is from a side road opposite Wellington Business park, some 500m from the main College entrance on Duke's Ride.

Leaving Wellington College, we will ride on either quieter roads or cycle paths through Crowthorne to South Hill Park. We'll stop for a refreshment break in the cafe there, hopefully sitting out on the terrace, before heading back to Wellington College. This is a very sociable ride, at an easy pace but you will still get some exercise in the fresh air. It's ideal for ladies who are a bit nervous about getting back on their bikes :) Things to bring with you include a drink, perhaps a snack and some change for the café stop. It's also a good idea to carry a spare inner tube and a waterproof - hopefully you'll need neither on the day! Wearing a helmet is advisable as we will be out on the road for some of the time.
