About the route
Starting point
Swing bridge on Leeds-Liverpool canal. On-street parking is available on Canal Road, next to The Rodley Barge pub.
Nice and easy ride along the Leeds-Liverpool canal towpath from Rodley into Leeds, admiring the scenery along the way. We pass by Rodley Nature Reserve, Fallwood Marina, Kirkstall Abbey, Leeds Industrial Museum and City Island, finishing at Granary Wharf where we can stop for refreshments before the return trip.
