This ride will be ridden at a sociable pace along some of our surrounding Country lanes with some very short sections of busier roads. There are a couple of exciting hills which we will tackle together with the group waiting at the top. This route takes us to Stanbridge onto Eggington & along the lovely flat lanes of Clipston.

**Places are very limited so please only book if you are definitely able to come along**.

Due to Covid 19 guidance we will cycle in single file and maintain appropriate social distancing and we will have extra safety precautions in place; I will contact you about these before the ride so please make sure that your contact details when you registered with Breeze are correct.

Please take a minute to look at British Cycling’s guidance regarding cycling and COVID-19:
https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/about/article/20200512-about-bc-news-British-Cycling-Updated-Coronavirus-Guidance-0.

If you want to read what Public Health England say about COVID-19, please see below:

I expect participants to take responsibility for ensuring they are well and not coming on the ride if they display signs of COVID-19. British Cycling are keen for group cycling to continue in the most socially distanced way possible. You can wear a mask if you feel it is appropriate. Ultimately, only you can decide if you feel safe from the risks of COVID-19 to ride at this time.

Remember that you must wear a cycling helmet. Please bring two spare inner tubes, a bike pump, a drink of water and card/money for our stop (please note: many places take card payment only), hand sanitiser.

Please have a good check over your bikes to make sure they are road worthy
