Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Sports club side of Wellington Health & Fitness Club. Follow the turning to Wellington Business Park off Dukes Ride and then immediately left to Wellington Health Club.

This is an easy-paced 15 mile ride out from Wellington Health & Fitness Club to Café 46 at Yateley. It uses a mix of cycle paths, country lanes and a few busier roads. There are also a few tracks on the way so this ride is not suitable for road bikes. We will go via Broadmoor, Sandhurst and Yateley and we'll take in the hill on Dell Road on the return leg.

Wear clothing appropriate for the day as well as a helmet. Also, you will need to bring a spare inner tube, a bike lock, a drink for the ride and some money for the café stop.
