Hi Ladies, This is our 3rd session of of 4 to get you from couch to 10mile on your bike. This week you will ride 7.5m, wow. We will take on some road this week, so lights an absolute must. Every week we will continue to go through bike handling & gear changing skills, developing your confidence first on a short flat route then building up to a 10 mile bike ride to a pub/cafe (This you will learn is a Breeze must) we will build from 2.5m to 5m to 7.5 to a goal of 10, do you believe you can because I know you will. We will meet every week in the car park outside Goodes fitness gym (old Oasis club) starting the ride with a confidence build & safety bike check before our lovely journey through park land. Helmets a must for all rides, lights recommended and def get your self comfy with padded bums - Thus you have just learnt the first rule of cycling, invest a good pair of padded shorts! Come on ladies you know you can ??
