WR3 8DX

Hope you can join Hilary, Sandra and Sally on Wednesday 29th April, heading off at 10am from Perdiswell Leisure Centre, Bilford Rd, Worcester, WR3 8DX ( car park 1, next to the path that runs alongside the canal) , 17 miles of easy rolling, green level, off-road cycling on the Birmingham and Droitwich canal paths. One cheeky hill, a short rooted section and two sets of wooden steps to carry your bike up, so ebikers may need assistance but we're always ready to help. Apart from that, it is a breeze, has recently improved cycle paths and great for those wanting to ride their mountain or gravel bikes on a confidence boosting ride. Beware of the territorial swans, protecting their partner's nest! At the end of the ride, Jacky Courtney has kindly volunteered to serve refreshments at her house, near the leisure centre and Sandra and I will be at the pump track for those wanting to practise their technical riding skills. Bring all the necessary repair equipment, for your bike, drink and snack as we won't stop en route. Any questions, please ask.
