Breeze does The Dream

Hope you can join us for this new ride using cycle paths, ,part of the Trans Pennine Trail and several interlinking sections of quiet road to The Dream. Dream is located on the prominent summit of the former Sutton Manor Colliery in St.Helens, Merseyside. Midway between Liverpool and Manchester, The site offers good views across the Cheshire and Lancashire plains, out to the mountains of Snowdonia, the Pennines, the Peak District, and some of Manchester's landmarks. We always ride at the pace of the slowest and are not too proud to push up any inclines if necessary. There will be plenty of rest stops and time to chat!! It's advisable to bring along a drink, snack and a spare inner tube just in case (if you don’t have one don’t let this stop you from taking part). Also please wear a helmet and make sure you have suitable clothing. When we arrive back at Pennington Park those who may want to can join us in the Tea Rooms for refreshments and a well earned rest and chat..
