Breeze Derby - Around the Lanes to Hudsons Garden Centre

Starting from the top car park at Darley Park we ride out on familiar lanes however, we will see things from a different angle this week taking a right in Over Burrows and approaching Brailsford and then Mercaston from the opposite direction before heading to Weston Underwood, Windley and Duffield. After the cafe stop at Hudsons the return journey takes us up Eaton Bank and back to Darley Park. It's a bit hillier than usual - 460meters = 1500 feet of climb (so that's a lot of downhill too).

The usual mixture of roads will be encountered - a couple of stretches of busy main road with heavier traffic - Wirksworth Road and Derby Road / A6 (though there is a painted bike lane).

Helmets are advised - I will be wearing one. Please bring everything with you that you might need on the ride eg spares, tools, extra clothing, snacks and drink, sharing is not encouraged. Please do not ride if you feel unwell, have Covid symptoms or have been advised to self isolate. If you test positive after the ride, please let the ride leader know.
