Breeze Coventry/Solihull - Balsall Circuit

Starting from Oakes Farm Shop we will heading out around Balsall Common taking in some of the country lanes. We will aim to be riding at a speed of 10-12 mph. The ride is suited to women who are confident cycling on the roads, who want to build up stamina and enjoy the challenge of some slight inclines; Either road bikes or hybrids are suitable for this ride and I would advise you bring a helmet, drink and spare inner tube just in case.
