Breeze Country Lanes Loop

We will meet at the car park outside the Henfield Cricket Club (nr Swains Farm Shop) on the A281. If you are not able to ride to the start point, there are about a dozen car parking spaces usually available. There have been issues regarding us parking here, but the car park is public and owned by the Council NOT the cricket club. Please park considerately. If there are no spaces, please park in the grass area near to Henfield Common. Please be careful if you transport your bike on the roof as there is a height restricting barrier. You will need to use your gears, as there are a few gentle hills along the way. This ride will be at a leisurely pace and is NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS, however, we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider and no-one will be left behind. Please give your bike a check over before you leave home, are the tyres pumped up? Are the gears and brakes working properly? Always carry a spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump, just in case. Please come prepared for the weather forecast on the day, wearing a helmet is advisable. We will stop off in Hefield for refreshments at the end of the ride, so bring some money for a cuppa and a cake.
