We will leave the car park and head along the cycle path. Turn right at the roundabout and out of Elvetham Heath using the cyclepath. Cross the main Fleet to Hartley Wintney road and onto Pale Lane. Along Pale Lane to Winchfield passing the old hospital on LHS. Small hill will require gear changes Turn left to Dogmersfield. Care with parked cars through village. Up hill to turn left along Hitches Lane. Time permitting we will turn right at the roundabout and follow the cycle path (bakers Lane) through to Fleet town centre. If time is limited we will continue along Hitches lane to the roundabout. We will need to make a decision at this point whether to negotiate the roundabouts into Elvetham Heath or to dismount and cross the road on foot to join the cycle path.
