Breeze Coaching at Ennerdale

Due to Covid-19 the 2 metre social distancing and new measures will apply. Together we will have fun and stay safe. If entering the Ennerdale Leisure Centre, a face mask will need to be worn. Please do listen to instructions from coaches.

The coaching sessions are limited to a maximum of 30 people, including the coaches. Please make sure you are registered for the session as this also allows for track and trace. If you can no longer attend, please do cancel your place.

Whether you're new to cycling or an experienced rider, this is a fantastic opportunity to come and experience cycle coaching and riding around the brand new purpose built cycling facility at Ennerdale Leisure Centre for FREE. The session is open to all women regardless of ability. Why not come along and give it a try.

The female Breeze Champions and Coaches will be there to give you useful tips and advice. If anyone wants to go a little faster, you are welcome to ride around at your own pace. It is your hour so feel free to use it to suit your needs.

The session time is 1830 - 1930 and there is a secure car park. What to wear? Anything comfy, with a waterproof just in case! Please remember to bring a spare inner tube and lights. Hope you can come along. You'll be made very welcome!
