Breeze - Calorie Countdown 4,500 to 3,000

  The route will take us past the windmill in Waltham, out on to quiet country lanes, with lovely views of the country side, the ride is a loop, and will have a deja-vu effect happening, when we head round for a second lap. We will also be trying out a hill climb, this is called Venison hill, it is a short hill with a field of Venison (hence the name) can you spot them? If you don't fancy the climb, please don't let it put you off coming and joining us, as you could use this time to watch while taking in some fluids. Then returning towards Waltham. We will find somewhere to stop for a cuppa, and may be a slice of cake. Money will be required for refreshments. We will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider, so no one will ever be left behind. Its a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack if you think your energy levels may need topping up along the way. Wearing a helmet is advisable, if you don't have one don't worry you can still take part. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.
