Breeze Breakfast Ride

This ride is suitable for ladies wanting a leisurely ride, early in the day so that you can enjoy the rest of your day knowing you've already exercised. Meet at Meadowhall Oasis entrance by the cycle path and current Beach exhibit. Please check signage for parking restrictions, as no responsibility can be taken for any charges incurred.

We will use local cycle routes around Meadowhall and along the canal into Rotherham.

Once at Rotherham we will cycle to the cafe and enjoy a leisurely coffee and breakfast foods before our ride back along the same route.

I'm hoping to do further breakfast rides to other locations should they prove popular.

It is useful to carry spare inner tubes or a puncture repair kit, water and snacks. Please dress comfortably and for the weather/time of day. Lights may be useful on your bike also. Helmets are optional, but I feel more confident if you do wear one. Please ensure that you have had something to eat and drink prior to coming on the ride as riding on an empty stomach is not advised.....It is called breakfast ride due to the time of day.
