Breeze Beginners - Level 2 Coypool to Cap'n Jaspers

Meeting at B&Q. Plympton in the car park we will ride through the grounds of Saltram House, through Cattedown to the Barbican where we shall enjoy a cuppa and a bacon bap at Cap'n Jaspers. This ride is aimed at those wanting to venture off the Plym Trail and will include a small amount of road cycling however it is very manageable and you will be with experienced leaders who can support and guide you. It is mainly flat apart from one hill that is known affectionately as 'Cake Hill' because when you get to the top you deserve a treat! For those who joined us on the beginners rides this year, you are all capable of doing this ride :-) YOU MUST REMEMBER THAT LIGHTS ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST! WE WILL CERTAINLY BE CYCLING IN THE DARK. ALSO THAT IT IS GETTING COLDER AND WETTER SO THE CORRECT CLOTHING IS ESSENTIAL. AS WE WILL BE DOING A SMALL AMOUNT OF ROAD WORK, WE WILL INSIST THAT BIKE HELMETS WILL BE WORN. PLEASE BRING SOME MONEY FOR CAP'N JASPERS
