Starting from - We meet at the Finchampstead Baptist Church off Gorse Ride North, Finchampstead, (postcode RG40 4ES) at 9.15 for a 9.30 am departure. We will check bikes here before we set off but please ensure you come along having checked your bikes and bring along a spare inner tube, water and money for refreshments. This is a 23 mile route, taking us out from our starting point at Finchampstead Baptist Church to Dinton Pastures. From there we go through the Hurst Lanes out to Shurlock Row, Watham St Lawrence, Wargrave, Shiplake and Twyford before returning to Dinton Pastures for coffee and then home. It is quite a way before coffee but a lovely route and worth the miles:) The route is suitable for most bike types, being predominantly road and pathways, although with recent weather, parts could be muddy and gritty.
