About the route
Meeting at Woodys Cafe in Apsley Lock we will head off along the towpath to Red Lion Lane then cross the London road and heading up the steady incline of Rucklers Lane then continuing onto Bulstrode lane, turning right on to Tower Hill then turning right onto Flaunden Lane, left onto Felden Lane all the way back down to London Road. Crossing over the moor to join the canal tow path and heading all the way back to Woodys cafe.
