Starting point

PR1 4PE

Christ the King Catholic School

Starting from Miller/Avenham Park, we will ride the 21 mile Guild Wheel route in a clockwise direction. The ride can be done on a road bike, however some sections are more suited to Hybrids and Mountain Bikes. As with all Breeze rides, we will ride to the pace of the slowest rider and regroup or stop at any point during the ride. Our main stop for drinks top ups or food (and cake!) will be at Fulwood Asda. There will also be an opportunity to stop at Brockholes nature reserve if required. Now for the essential stuff.. Make sure your bike is safe, reliable and roadworthy before you set off. Wear suitable clothing for the day and don't forget your helmet. Other items to bring with you: * Drink and snacks * Spare inner tubes, puncture repair kit and tyre levers * Bike pump * Multi-tool * Mobile phone * Money Other than that... I hope you enjoy the ride. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me by email [email protected] The meeting point is the car park next to Christ The King Catholic School, Esplanade, off The Boulevard, Frenchwood, Preston (turn into Ashworth Grove from London Road and follow the road round to the end, the school is on your fight and the car park is in the far left corner) PR1 4PE (for the Boulevard)
