Starting point

TS21 3AT

St Edmunds Church in Sedgefield centre next to the cobbles on the High Street

From Sedgefield we will head down Racecourse road, left and left again all the way to Bishopton, right on bend in Bishopton along to Darlington Back Lane, right out of there and all the way along to Sadberge, down Sadberge bank, right at the end then right again back to Bishopton, straight over and back the way we came. Although the ride level says challenging, we will ensure the pace is suitable for everyone in the group, however it is advisable that you can ride between 10-15 miles already. Please dress appropriately for the weather. We won't be stopping for coffee and cake during the ride but will be at the end. Therefore it is advised to bring along a drink and maybe an energy bar or some sweets, such as jelly babies, and we will stop for rests where necessary. Coffee and cake at the end of the ride in Sedgefield for those wanting to stay.
