Starting from - DE22 1EJ. We will meet in the car park by the Abbey pub in Darley Park. I think it is free to park there, and there are toilets near the cafe, which we will pass at the start of our ride and again at the end. Please wear a helmet and carry a puncture repair kit/spare inner tubes. You’ll need to carry a drink and some money for a cuppa and cake at the Darley Park tea room. DE22 1EJ

DE22 1EJ.

We will leave Darley Park and head towards Kedleston Hall, where we will ride through the grounds of this National Trust estate. We will then take some of the lanes (but not Lodge Lane - this time!) enjoying a total of 880 feet of climb - mostly undulating countryside - before returning to Darley Park for a cuppa and a well earned snack. There are some sections of fairly busy road at the start, but mostly we will be on quieter lanes. This route is most suited to road bikes or hybrids, but could be done on virtually any bike.
