We start out from Lanivet and ride up to Innis Downs and along the old A30 to Victoria. We continue under the Iron Bridge where we can join the Goss Moor Trail. We have a choice of coffee stops on this route. We leave the trail and return through Roche. This ride is on a mixture of road and trail surfaces, with some bike path. Some of the road stretches can be busy with vehicles and you will be confident with this type of riding. Please arrive 15 minutes early as the ride will leave in time. Please wear a helmet and have the means to repair a puncture on your bike. Please also bring some money for refreshments.
