Breeze along the river to Caerleon

A great way to start the week Meet in Sainsburys car park on Albany Street Newport to begin at 9-30am We follow the cycle path 3 miles out to Caerleon Bring a drink and a snack as we'll stop here for a short break before heading back the way we came. A short ride but a few short sharp hilly sections to test your mettle! The ride will be steady, casual and sociable, if you want to walk the hills whilst you're building your confidence thats fine :-)
