Meet at the Wicks/Aldi car park NP20 5GN A lovely off road cycle ride along the canal tow path to Cwmbran with a friendly coffee stop in Next. Cycle back to Newport Look out for Herons, an assortment of ducks, swans and kingfishers Please bring a bike lock if you have one
