Breeze along Fledborough Viaduct to Doddington Hall

We will join the Fledborough trial and head towards Lincoln, cycling over the Fledborough Viaduct to Doddington Hall. The route is very flat and best suits a mountain bike or a hybrid bike, road bikes are not suitable as the tracks are gravel and muddy when wet. This ride is ideally suited for Beginners with some basic cycling experience. We will cycle at a nice steady 7/8 mph. No-one gets left behind!

This route is mainly off road/traffic free and follows an old railway line towards Lincoln. It's lovely and flat too. There is a very short stretch on road but anyone not confident can just walk this short section.

This is mainly traffic free along the old railway line to Doddington Hall.

We can stop at any time to take photos or grab a drink and have a chat. There is a cafe and toilet at Doddington Hall so please bring money for coffee/cake.

Please wear a helmet and bring along a puncture repair kit and a drink of water. Please wear suitable clothes to suit the weather conditions. Please ensure you have checked your bike is in a road worthy condition, before you arrive. Please arrive 10 minutes early for bike checks and introductions. The ride leaves at 10am so please be prompt.
