About the route
If you have entered or are thinking of entering the Breeze Warwickshire Challenge 100km Ride on 05/10/14 then this could help your training. I am hoping to complete the ride and would welcome company. So if you too want company come along. Please note this ride will be on open roads (as per the Challenge ride and therefore is not suitable for children) My usual rides including children will recommnce after 05/10/14.
This ride will consist of
10 mins Easy,
15 mins moderate, 5 mins easy (x2),
10 mins easy
