Breakfast at Dam Flask

This ride is aiming to do 2 or 3 loops of Dam Flask early on Saturday mornings. This will then enable you to either join another ride later that morning, or go home and enjoy the rest of your day knowing that your workout is out of the way.

We will meet outside Flask End Post Office at bottom of Woodfall Lane in Low Bradfield. Parking is available on road or in the near by Sands Lane Car Park. Please check local signage for parking restrictions.

Please ensure you have a bike that is in full working order. It is advisable to bring a multi tool, spare inner tubes, drinks and snacks. Please dress appropriately for the time of the year, and layer up accordingly. Whilst helmets are compulsory they are highly recommended.

We will go around the Dam from Low Bradfield turning left from Woodfall Lane and following the riad round to the right. We go over the Bridge past the cricket club, then turn left at the Plough, go along the road around the back of Dam Flask to the Dam wall, then up the hill before turning left back down in to Low Bradfield. We will aim to complete 2 or 3 laps, however if the group feels that this is too much, we can do 1 or 2.

The post office does open early so it possible to grab a coffee/bite to eat after the ride. Please ensure you have eaten before the ride, it's called Breakfast because of the early morning start.
