Fridays ride is to Brandreth Barn via Parbold and Rufford. Return via MeCycles Ainsdale. Circa 75 miles with a couple of climbs. Meet Costa, Gateacre for 9:15 departure with a pick-up at Blue Anchor pub, School Lane, Aintree at 10am
