Boughrood, Glascwm Loop

Quite a hilly route, using mainly quiet country lanes and some busier sections of road where unavoidable. Suitable for riders with some experience of riding similar distances and those training for a Sportive or an Audax. Unfortunately, not suitable for beginners. The first half of the route is quite remote with few opportunities for refreshment stops, so make sure you carry some snacks and plenty of drink. Please wear a helmet, clothing suitable for the weather conditions, carry a pump, lock, puncture repair kit and spare tube.
