Borsdane Breeze Challenge Training Ride

This is a challenging ride, mainly traffic free, with a couple of hills along the way to test us, but we always ride at a pace to suit the whole group. We'll set off from the park along cycle path up to the Canal towpath. We'll join some more off road trails to take us into Hindley where we'll take some local roads up to Borsdane Woods. The woods are beautiful at this time of year and you'll see plenty wildlife whilst enjoying the scenery! We'll then make our way back to Leigh where we'll have a cafe stop and a natter if you wish. Please bring along a drink and snack as we won't be stopping during the ride and you may need an energy boost. Dress to suit the weather and pack a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit, just in case.
