85% dedicated tarmac cycleways with short road and residential road sections - one very short unsurfaced section.
The Shed is a great start & finish point with plenty of refreshments available as well as toilets and the cycle shop.
Helmets are compulsory, gloves & rain jacket highly recommended. Bicycle should be in good working order with inflated tyres and brakes / gears working - there will be a safety check before we depart.
