Beautiful ride along quiet country lanes with lovely views - and the of hill or two.
We will stop for lunch at The Crown in Lanlivery, which is about three-quarters of the way round?

This rise is challenging because it has quite a few hills, but it is chosen for its scenery, not its speed. We will ride it at a steady pace of 8 - 10 mph (and it is absolutely fine to push your bike up the hills!)

We start at Bodmin Leisure Centre (free parking), take the traffic-free route to Lanhydrock, then follow the National Cycle Route along quiet lanes to Luxulyan and St Blazey (we will avoid the Eden Project itself to keep out of the way of the cycle race!). We return via The Crown at Lanlivery, where we will stop for lunch. The home stretch involves a short ride along slightly busier roads.

Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube that fits your bike, plus plenty of water and some money for lunch.
