Work off those Christmas calories! We will ride NCR 3 through Luxulyan to St Blazey and then return via The Crown at Lanlivery, where we will have lunch. Most of the route is quiet lanes and traffic-free cycleways, apart from a very short stretch on main a main road. Inevitably in Cornwall, there are hills. There are also some stretches of cycleway covered in wet leaves (and a teensy bit of mud), so this is not suitable for nervous riders.

Please bring warm clothes, water, snacks, a working set of lights, and money for lunch. As always, please wear a helmet.
