Starting point

Cornwall and Isles of Scilly
PL27 6DW

The route starts on the Camel Trail at Dumere as far as Wadebridge. We then head to the Platt, over the old bridge and up Gonvena Hill on the cycle lane before turning left into Bodieve Rd. A short distance after passing the sports centre, we’ll turn right on to a lane for about a mile before turning left and heading for Chapel Amble & St MInver before turning towards the coast . On the coastal route, we’ll pass through Polzeath, and Port Quin before reaching Port Isaac for lunch.

Return route is via St Kew and St. Maybyn

The whole route is on either the Camel trail, country lanes or coastal roads and is very scenic.
There are a few climbs, notably out of the coastal villages.
