This is a familiar Graceful Green route to the wonderful Frithsden Vineyard via a couple of longer undulations which we all know and love! We are leaving earlier this week at 10 am so please be at the Hub at 9.50 for our briefing. We will be riding at an average pace of 9mph but no one will be left behind and we always regroup at the top of those hills.

Most of the route is on quiet lanes but there is a short busier stretch on the Leighton Buzzard Road on our return journey.

We'll be sitting outside at Frithsden Vineyard so if you have a tendency to get cold like me do bring an extra layer to wear. This is the home of the blueberry scone but there are also other sweet treats and savouries on offer.

Please bring your helmet, money for treats, water, pump, tyre levers and inner tubes.
