'Bling your Bike' festive family ride

A easy, festive, family-friendly ride starting from Wichelstowe in Swindon. The route is almost entirely on cycle paths. Christmas jumpers are encouraged and there will be a 'Bling your bike' competition. Also on your return you can enjoy a FREE hot chocolate and mince pie! The ride will head out towards Rushy Platt via Waitrose and the Southern Flyer. We will then follow part of Sustrans national cycle network 45 past the Link Centre and through Shaw Ridge park. From here we pass Tregoze Primary school and enter the beautiful Lydiard park. We can stop at the cafe for a refreshment before heading back through Grange Park. We join the cycle path that runs parallel to Great Western Way and head back to Wichelstowe via the Old Town Railway path.
