Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ride to allow time for the necessary checks.
This ride is a steady Blazing Blue -11-13mph. This is a reasonably flat route, on a mixture of A and B roads, and along the Ancholme river. As with all guided rides, no participants will be left behind.
You will also need to bring a drink (and snacks) for the ride, and money for the cafe if you wish to use it.
Of course, come dressed suitably for the conditions, with no flappy clothes or laces. Lycra is purely optional, helmets and gloves are strongly recommended.
If you have any specific medical requirements which may be relevant to the ride, please ensure the ride leader is aware of them at the start of the ride – feel free to have a quiet word.
