Blaydon Cycle Club - Coast Ride

A approximate 50 mile ride starting in NEWBURN at the Newburn Ford Battle Site (behind keelman pub) Up to Ponteland way and out towards the coast. we then go down to Tynemouth for a break and return inland. further information available on the club page facebook.com/blaydoncycling This is a moderate pace ride. speeds usually 12-14 miles per hour average over the duration of the ride. As with all rides you are responsible for your own bike, we ask you bring a road bike or cyclocross bike which is in full working order and you bring spares especially puncture repair gear as the roads are rather prone to punctures from debris at the moment.
