Our route takes us through Adlington threw coppull and surrounding villages until we get to Eccleston.

We set off from lucianos at the millstone. It is all road riding. Some major roads some minor roads and some country lanes. It is mainly flat with a few short inclines, nothing too nasty. Don’t be put off…

We do stop to regroup if any body is being left behind. And also to get our breath back . Our stop is at Eccleston Delph, which is a diving and swimming quarry.

Please come armed with a tool kit and a spare innertube . Also some pennies for the cafe. It’s a beautiful and picturesque stop
