Blast around Balsall

Fancy a Sunday morning cycle to help brush away the cobwebs? Why not come along and enjoy an 11 mile ride along the country lanes through Balsall Common. We will be heading out from Oakes Farm shop riding at a speed of 10 -12 mph.  The ride is suited for women wanting to build up speed, stamina and enjoy the challenge of some slight inclines so you will need to be confident in riding on the road.  Road bikes or hybrids would be best suited and I would advise you bring a helmet, drink and spare inner tube just in case. We are not planning on stopping for refreshments on the ride but will have a well-earned coffee and cake at Oakes farm at the end of the ride. Looking forward to seeing you there!
