Blackpool Promenade

This 14 mile loop shows a side of Blackpool that the kiss-me-quick hat-buyers rarely see. The ride starts on Blackpool's famous promenade and from here you'll head north to Cleveleys on the fantastic traffic-free promenade. Then you quit the coast and head inland towards Thornton and Poulton-le-Fylde, giving you a taste of the countryside surrounding Blackpool. There's plenty to see along the route, with the promenade and sea views, Marsh Mill heritage shopping experience in Thornton and the boatyard at Skippool Creek. The route follows the traffic-free promenade and suburban roads.we aim to stop off for a break and something to eat along the way so either bring snacks or money to purchase food if you so wish, please
bring puncture repair kit or spare inner tube
We never leave anybody behind also being a Veteran we especially welcome other vets to Join us so come along and have a very enjoyable ride
