We set off along the Clyne Valley cyclepath to The railway. From there we then join the road and climb to Upper Killay, where we join Hen Parc Lane and cycle across Clyne Common and Blackhills. We then join the A4118 and cycle to Pennard Church. Depending on the weather we have the option of cycling to Southgate and Pennard Cliffs, or we simply return via the B4436 and a mixture of unclassified roads to Limeslade, where we will stop for refreshments. From there we drop down to Mumbles, where we will then join the Swansea Bay cycle track to return to Blackpill.
If cycling to Southgate, be prepared to add another 3miles to the ride distance.

The route will be on a mixture of traffic free paths, A, B and unclassified roads.

We will stop at Limeslade for refreshments.

Riders are advised to wear cycle helmets, appropriate clothing for the weather, and carry a pump and spare inner tube. Please bring any refreshments that you require on route and money for any refreshments that you require when we stop.

A mixed route that includes hills, commons and coast. We area a friendly bunch of lasses that particularly welcome newcomers. We ride at the pace of the slowest person, to ensure that nobody gets left behind. Newcomers are always welcome.
