A great ride out to Dalston from Carlisle. This ride is mainly off the road on shared cycleways. We will be exploring the Caldew Cycleway as we leave Carlisle with some great views of Carlisle Castle. We will follow the river Caldew upstream to Dalston where there will be an opportunity to stop and get a brew at the Tearooms in Dalston. From there we will head back into Carlisle via the same route.

This is a great route for anyone who wants to explore the cycle routes around Carlisle or who would like to improve their confidence on a bike. We will cycle as a group so no one is left behind and it also allows plenty of opportunity to chat to fellow riders.
