A mainly off road and popular trail totalling 22 miles from coast to coast. Plenty of information online about the history of this area and trail route.
Stopping at Portreath for our refreshment stop and then a return back along the trail.
Suitable for all bikes except narrow tyre road bikes types.
Forecast looks to be dry and warm.
Generally flat with no specific hills on this one!
Helmet is a must along with drink and spare tube. Suggest gloves also.
