A mainly off road and popular trail totalling 22 miles from coast to coast. Plenty of information online about the history of this area and trail . Will be quieter now out of season.
Stopping at Portreath for our refreshment stop and then a return back along the trail.
Suitable for all bikes except narrow tyre road bikes types.
Dress to suit the weather forecast on the day but could be wet/muddy in places anyway.
Generally flat with no specific hills on this one!
Helmet is a must along with drink and spare tube. Suggest gloves also.
