Leave the park at Tipton. Up onto the mainline canal.Cycle to Spon lane West,
Cross the main road up to the dual carriageway and cross at the lights .
Cycle on the pavement to the park then find the pavilion.
Same coming back but use the old line canal.

Lovely peaceful ride along the wide Birmingham mainline canal absorbing nature as you ride and returning on the winding old line back through to Tipton.

Canal towpath, short bit of road and footpath.

Stop at the Pavilion in West Smethwick park for a coffee or beverage.

Please bring method of payment for beverages at the pavilion.
