Isle of Dogs - Canary Wharf, Royal Docklands, Beckton Park and Greenway - some main roads so expect traffic, tow paths and Cycle highways.

This is a mixed terrain ride and in places narrow with other users. The route / distance will be adjusted the prevailing weather and suitability of the group. Please wear appropriate warm clothing (ankle tight trousers / tops without dangling bits). A small rucksack with 2 shoulder straps is an ideal way to carry a few items.

Please ensure your bike is fully functioning and serviced by a qualified mechanic if it hasn't been used for a while. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Wind/waterproof clothing due to unpredictable winter weather, Bike lights and spares, just in case. A drink and snack if you need to replenish energy levels.
