Starting from - Rusty Duck Workshops. There is the Rusty Duck cafe here, so you can grab a coffee before we head out if you arrive early. There is also a toilet.
Car parking is limited, but free. Many of our regular riders know the Rusty Duck cafe as the stop on our Rusty Duck Loop, so we expect many riders to make their own way to the Rusty Duck beforehand. DT2 8QL

About the route

Rather than start on the edge of Dorchester, as usual, we're going to start from the Rusty Duck Workshops.
Plus, we're going to take a route through Bovington to link up the road that goes through Pallington (with Sculpture by the Lakes) with the NCN2 that will take us from Wool to Moreton. Since we pass Wool train station, there is an option to catch the train home (to Dorchester, Moreton, Weyouth, or Wareham) with your bike if you find you've bitten off more than you can chew.
We will be on quiet country lanes throughout, passing pretty Dorset villages and open fields.
