Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

We will start cycling towards Parliament Hill Lido. Bring strong lock to park your bike outside whilst we go for a swim. We hope to arrive at the lido for 8.30 am. The drop in session finishes at 10.00 am. Lido is free for those over 60 at this time otherwise a nominal £3.00.
There is a cafe on site where we can stop for coffee afterwards before we return to Finchley Road station for our journey back on met line to Pinner. Steps down.
