Salts Mill, Saltaire, Shipley BD18 3LA N.B. access to parking is off Salts Mill Road.

Join us for an easy 7 mile ride from Saltaire towards Bradford and back again. The route will take us on canal towpath, the new Shipley Greenway, some roads and through a park - plenty of variety! The Shipley Greenway is a traffic free route into Bradford, if you've been considering cycle commuting into Bradford but aren't sure of the route then this is the opportunity to find out. The ride will start from outside the entrance to the All Terrain Cycles shop at Salts Mill (free parking available at Salts Mill, Saltaire station is also very close to the start point). From there we'll take the canal path towards the Greenway which takes us into Bradford. We'll then make our way into Lister park before returning to the Greenway and back to our starting point. It's advisable to bring a drink and a snack for top ups along the way, also some money for refreshments when we stop. Dress appropriately for the weather: several thin layers are best and a rain jacket could come in handy. Wearing a helmet is advisable, though not essential. Newcomers to Breeze rides are very welcome. The leader's number on the day is :- 07801 071281 (Margaret) or 07940 975 971 (Judy)
