BIG BREEZE RIDE from Whitworth - Monyash

This is a monthly Breeze ride to promote cycling fitness and confidence with Hills in women who have some experience of riding on roads. The routes will be varied but centre around Darley Dale. (Perfect Training for Rapha 100k on 26th July) PARTICIPANTS BOOKING ON THIS RIDE SHOULD HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE AND CONFIDENCE OF RIDING UP AND DESCENDING HILLS Cycling helmets are advised:- Ensure your bicycle is in good working order:- Please bring with you water bottle, spare inner tube, waterproof and Emergency snack:-) New comers are always welcome and at the top of hills, bottom of descents, junctions, we will re group so no one is left behind.
